    1. Assist Events Head in managing ongoing future ABS-CBN Live Events and Special Projects
    • Efficiently uses iEvents Calendar by loggin in assigned projects and status regularly
    • Arrange logistical, production and technical requirements (venue, suppliers, etc.), including keeping inventory and providing status updates to the Events Head
    • Participates and assists in alignment and pre-prod meetings for on-ground activation
    2. Champions brand activations
    • Co-designs, plans and prepares concept for assigned projects
    • Executes efficient marketing and communication plan with Event Leads
    • Prepares Event deck, schedules alignment and cascades to Sales
    • Assist in client pitches and execution
    • Identified merchandising opportunities
    • Research on latest trends in brand activation campaigns
    3. Assist in Client/Partnership Servicing
    • Identifies merchandising and sponsorship opportunities for internal and external brands
    • Negotiates with venue or partners to maximize branding opportunities for ABS-CBN platforms
    • Prepares master list and equipment list 
    • Conducts ocular inspection
    • Prepares cost estimates for branded activation requirements and prepares deck for pitching
    4. Demonstrates customer and result orientation 
    • Identifies and collaborates with various LOBs for possible marketing and selling opportunities of all ABS-CBN Programs, Consumer Products and Services within the planned events
    • Organizes pre-pod meetings to brief the LOBs on the ingress/egress schedule of Corporate/Live Events
    • Prepares activation checklist and booth plotting guide


    • Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Management or equivalent
    • Required skills: Event and Promotions Management, Brand Management, Negotiation and Documentation skills
    • At least 2-4 years of working experience in brand management and activations is required for the position
