RESPONSIBILITIES

    Position Summary
     
    The Broadcast Coordinator is responsible for the close coordination of artists, handlers and managers’ schedules for the advertising and promotional events and activities in adherence to timelines and planned activities for the project. The Promo Staff is also responsible for coordination of placements of advertising requirements (ie posters, print ads, standees and other print materials, official soundtrack and/or trailers) in computer desktops (As corporate wallpaper), elevator LED, LED TV lobby displays, lobby music, trunk line ring bac and billboards, and handles MOS, behind the scenes and Take One interviews for broadcast material purposes.
     
     
    Duties and Responsibilities
     
    Develop, conceptualize and brainstorm with Star Cinema’s promotional team for the promotional and marketing requirements of specific projects of Star Cinema including identification of creative and logistical requirements for the pre-launch, launch and post-event activities of the projects.
     
    Documentation, reporting and updating on tasks completed related to the services including performance of related administrative work such as preparation and monitoring of requests for payment for suppliers, billing, payments and deliverables.
     
     
    In particular, the Services shall include the following:
     
    Coordinate schedules of artists, handlers and managers for the promotional and marketing activities of each project, in adherence to timelines and planned activities.
     
    Execute each approved advertising and promotional events and activities including various guesting, campaigns or presentations.
     
    Ensure Cash Advance monitoring and liquidation for all events & guesting requirements.
     
    Handles MOS, behind the scenes and Take One for broadcast material purposes.
     
    Gather Materials, BTS, video inputs for broadcast versions: specifically for Digitizing, GFC, Editing, Dub out of approved Take One for airing, usually in Cinema One and during Sign Off.
     
    Coordinate with accredited suppliers for advertising requirements such as posters, print ads, standees and other print materials.
     
    Coordinate the schedules of artists, handlers, managers, makeup artists, stylists, hairstylists, photographers, graphic artists and studio/venue for pictorial.
     
    Coordinates placement of advertising materials (posters, official soundtrack and/or trailers) in Computer Desktops, elevator LED, LED TV lobby displays, lobby music, trunk line ring back and billboards.
     
    Work Environment
     
    Talent may be required to work both in office and on field for the promo-content
    Talent may be required to work on weekends for editing, promo events and executions
     

REQUIREMENTS

    • Graduate of Communication Arts, Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Advertising or any related course.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Interested in Filmmaking
    • Online savvy, familiar with the basic social media platforms
    • Preferably with exposure to Creative/ Screen Writing and Film Editing (linear and non-linear)
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
    • At least 1 year of related work experience in the media industry-Events/Digital and other Non-traditional (Cross-promotional) platforms.
