    The Business Strategy Head is responsible for crafting strategies and spearheading projects that target improvement in methods, processes, systems, and measures to boost audience and profitability performance.
    • Ensures News LOB strategic plans are effectively developed, implemented and evaluated based on agreed directions and aligned to company business plans.  
    • Provide relevant analysis of news programs, platforms, ecosystems and competition to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to be able to address the gaps (if any), improve content, achieve target ratings, and attain profitability.
    • Develop and implement programming strategy through an active collaboration with the different producers, program managers, channel programming, Research, Sales and Marketing groups. 
    • Identify new trends, new ideas and opportunities in the market to help in developing new ideas for programs, platforms, and ecosystems by scanning all possible resources and other media to be able to provide management with fresh concepts that can be produced to cater to the diverse preference of audience in terms of local programming. 
    • Develop plans to drive revenue of Integrated News and Current Affairs (INCA) properties across ecosystems and platforms by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and ISD. 
    • Develop and sustain partnerships with institutions that can support INCA’s brand equity and business efficiency


    • Graduate of a business-related course.
    • Must have a strong background in Marketing, Business Development, Strategy, Research, and Project Management.
    • Solid understanding of research methodologies and analytical tools.
    • Must be able to interpret analysis and insights into actionable plans and interventions.
    • Must have superior organizational skills and ability to handle complex projects.
    • Must have superior communication skills and ability to make high level presentations.
    • Must be analytical and creative at the same time.
