RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Campaign Manager will be responsible for supporting Kumu products (email, push, SMS) by taking ownership of campaign and communication strategy, media optimization, and channel operationalization. This individual will be accountable for understanding Kumu business objectives, dynamics of each own base marketing channel (internal/external), coordinating execution and effecting incremental performance improvement in own base engagement KPI.

    Major Duties and Responsibilities:
    1. Design and implement a vibrant, effective digital marketing campaign for Kumu products
    2. Devise B2C (business to consumer) and B2B (business to business) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers
    3. Analyze and understand various databases and online analytic tolls and develop techniques to enhance the company's brand and increase web-search visibility.
    4. Use social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, etc) to further raise brand awareness and foster customer interaction
    5. Work with web developers to help optimize the customer experience and react to needed changes in the campaign
    6. Manage the implementaton, tracking, and measurement of marketing campaigns
    7. Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, animators and printers, who will deliver much of the campaign activity
    8. Ensure that the brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
    9. Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs
    10. Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns

REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or any related field
    • Related job experience is strongly preferred
    • Exceptional project management and communication skills are essential
    • Have proven experience of managing B2B and B2C campaigns
    • Understand current marketing trends
