These are in child care and protection, education, environment, disaster management and community development. It is the public service arm of ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation, one of Asia's biggest media conglomerates. It draws on the relationship to tap into the creativity and reach of media for its various programs.

    Primarily responsible for the creation, planning and delivery of learning and development strategies, activities and events for clients of the Children’s Village.
    1. Design and conduct needs assessment for learning interventions for clients (children and families)
    2. Develop and implement a variety of modules for children’s non-formal learning sessions, structured play and activities, as well as for the families of clients
    3. Lead the implementation of the Resiliency Program
    4. Provide management oversight of preparation, actual, and post-learning activities (i.e. project concept, budget, invitation and coordination with resource persons and volunteers, logistics, documentation, evaluation, and reporting)
    5. Facilitate learning activities, social events, and group processes at all age levels of children
    6. Keep track of children’s attendance in the learning activities and monitor the progress of their participation and outcomes
    7. Ensure a safe and child-friendly learning environment within the CV, where children feel comfortable, safe and respected, and all children feel included
    8. Keep a close collaboration with the Center Head, Supervising Social Worker, Psychologist and hold regular meetings to keep them informed of any progress or concerns affecting the children
    9. Refer any child with need for a more specialized care and support to the Center Head and Supervising Social Worker.
    10. Perform pilot module tests, regular evaluation and case study conferences on the learning modules for manualization
    11. Create and maintain a systematic filing of financial documents and reports


    • Learning Frameworks and Creative Learning Tools appropriate for Children
    • Strong knowledge of working with children, understanding their needs, and providing them with psychosocial support
    • Government laws/rulings/issuance relevant to BB operations
    • UNCRC and Pertinent Laws and Jurisprudence on the Rights and Welfare of a Child, Special Protection of Children (RA 7610 ad 7658)

    1. EXPERIENCE/Educational Attainment Required
    • College degree in Communications, Social or Behavioral Science, Community Development and other related course.
    • Experience with children and youth
    • Experience in teaching and facilitation
