ABS-CBN Lingkod Kapamilya Foundation, Inc. (previously ABS-CBN Foundation, Inc.) is a committed advocate for public service in strategic sector of Philippine society. AFI aims to awaken hope in the Filipino through implementing projects via multi-sectoral partnerships in the spirit of bayanihan.

These are in child care and protection, education, environment, disaster management and community development. It is the public service arm of ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation, one of Asia's biggest media conglomerates. It draws on the relationship to tap into the creativity and reach of media for its various programs.

    • Design and conduct needs assessment for learning interventions for clients (children and families)
    • Develop and implement a variety of modules for children’s non-formal learning sessions, structured play and activities, as well as for the families of clients
    • Lead the implementation of the Resiliency Program
    • Provide management oversight of preparation, actual, and post-learning activities 
    • Facilitate learning activities, social events, and group processes at all age levels of children
    • Keep a close collaboration with the Center Head, Supervising Social Worker, Psychologist and hold regular meetings to keep them informed of any progress or concerns affecting the children
    • Perform pilot module tests, regular evaluation and case study conferences on the learning modules for manualization
    • Create and maintain a systematic filing of financial documents and reports


    • College degree in Communications, Social or Behavioral Science, Community Development and other related course.
    • Experience with children and youth
    • Experience in teaching and facilitation
    • Strong knowledge of working with children, understanding their needs, and providing them with psychosocial support
    • Knowledgeable in Child Development and Positive Discipline
