ABS-CBN Corporation is the Philippines' leading information and entertainment multimedia conglomerate. The Company is primarily involved in television and radio broadcasting, as well as in the production of television and radio programming for domestic and international audiences and other related businesses. ABS-CBN produces a wide variety of engaging, world-class entertainment programs that are aired on free-to-air television.

The Company is also one of the leading radio broadcasters, operating eighteen radio stations throughout the key cities of the Philippines. ABS-CBN provides news and entertainment programming for nine channels on cable TV and operates the country's largest cable TV service provider. The Company also owns the leading-cinema and music production and distribution outfits in the country. It brings its content to worldwide audiences via cable, satellite, online and mobile.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop marketing strategies for franchise projects
      • Align with the Brand Head and Brand Specialist to identify the target market of franchise brands
      • Create integrated marketing communication plans for franchise brands
      • Review best practices from benchmark franchises
     
    • Ensure that all internal and external media platforms are aligned with the communication objectives of the franchise brand
      • Create media policies that will protect and strengthen the equity of the franchise brand and its trademarks
      • Provide various ABS-CBN communication/media platforms with directions for media coverage of the franchise brand
      • Monitor, address, and report about news/ features/ information leakages about franchise brands
     
    • Implement and monitor franchise promotional executions
      • Identify creative and logistical requirements for various marketing and promo activities
      • Work with both internal and external partners to conceptualize and execute promotional materials and activities/events
      • Prepare and distribute materials for airing, publishing, and placements on TV, radio, digital, OOH, and other relevant platforms
     

REQUIREMENTS

    College graduate
    Extensive Advertising background, Brand Marketing, PR, Events.
    Experience in management of brand P&L
    Digital Savvy
    Familiar with 360 marketing
    Knowledge and appreciation of ABS-CBN content is an advantage, but appreciation for content in general (e.g. local/ foreign content in various forms - series, films, comics) is required
