    • Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing and content strategies
    • Ideate and plan content calendar for all social media accounts (Youtube, FB, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
    • Provide engaging text, imag, video content for Adober Studios' social media accounts
    • Respond to comments and queries in a timely manner
    • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
    • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
    • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing, Content Development and Creator Development teams to stay updated on new content creators, original series, initiatives and campaigns
    • Build relationships with fans, followers, and subscribers of Adober Studios as well as fans of content creators
    • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
    • Filter feedback and quickly identify queries and conversations that are needed to be addressed or responded to
    • Monitor online behavior of fans, followers, and subscribers, and be able to use the data to create strategies that will help grow each online space and elicit positive reactions about the brand
    • Identify situations and tentpole events wherein Adober Studios can take advantage of the hype to gain awareness and traction
    • Coordinates with internal partners - creator development team, content development team, platform strategists and sales and marketing team of Adober Studios


    • Proven work experience as Community Manager
    • Ability to identify, track and interpret platform analytics and engagement metrics
    • Excellent verbal communication skills
    • Excellent content writing skills
    • Hands-on experience with social media management for brands
    • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
    • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, creating an event series and writing newsletters)
    • Knowledgeable in photo and video editing apps (Adobo Photoshop, Premiere, etc.)
    • Has great attention to detail
    • Graduate of Marketing, IT, English, Communications, or any relevant degree
