Prior to the shutdown of its broadcast operations in 2020, ABS-CBN was the largest television network in the Philippines. As a radio broadcast company, it operated 22 radio stations including anchor radio stations in Mega Manila, DZMM and DWRR, in the AM and FM bands, respectively. 
The company delivers television programming outside of the Philippines to over 3 million viewers in North America, the Middle East, Europe, Japan, Australia, Canada, and other countries in Asia, through the internet and the Company’s global distribution platform, TFC, using DTH satellite service, cable television channels, IPTV, mobile applications and video streaming services. Its offerings are further complemented by subsidiaries focused on other multimedia services such as film production, music recording, telecommunications, and magazine and book publishing. 


    Grow and strengthen our loyal Kapamilya fanbase through these main initiatives:
    • Paid media strategy. Plan, analyze, execute, and monitor paid media campaigns for internal ABS-CBN Digital executions and events, as requested by Digital Marketing Team. Learn and assess third party agencies’ paid media campaigns so we can apply best practices for our own campaigns. 
    • Community insights and engagement. Understand the community's demographics, interests, and behaviors to segment the audience effectively for tailored communication. Use tools to gather feedback and sentiments from the community to create an audience-centric approach. Foster meaningful and positive interactions within the community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions to build relationships and provide value. 
    • Influencer strategy. Develop strategies and recommendations for building, nurturing, and growing an engaged Influencer / Creator community in support of our company and our offerings (events, shows, among others).


    • Experienced in paid media strategy. At least one to two year’s worth of experience is required. 
    • Experience in networking or handling creators / influencers. Preferred but not required. 
    • Community Building: Strong understanding of community building principles and the ability to create a thriving online community.
    • Audience-Centric Approach: Proficiency in understanding and segmenting online communities to create personalized and relevant engagement.
    • Data Analysis: Ability to gather and analyze community data to inform strategies and decision-making.
    • Project Management: Effective project management skills for overseeing community events and initiatives. Special focus is necessary for Paid Media and Advertising Strategist/s.
