The Company has interests in content development and production, cable and satellite television services, merchandising and licensing, mobile and online multimedia services, glossy magazine publishing, video and audio post production, and overseas services, all of which complement and enhance ABS-CBN's strength in content production and distribution.


    1. Setting strategic direction for assigned content brands through a clear brand positioning that is relevant to the target market or business objectives and differentiated from competition.
    2. Pitching of ideas through brand diagnostics workshops
    3. Analysis of consumer insights, category trends and differentiation from competition
    4. Driving marketing initiatives – both external and internal – across multiple platforms
      • Crafting an integrated communications plan - proper phasing and utilization of multi-media touchpoints (ABS-CBN-owned or otherwise)
      • Leading a group of multiple subsidiaries in the implementation of the IMC plans / Cascading and coordinating with all subsidiaries for integrated campaigns


    • At least 2 years of experience in brand strategy or IMC work
    • Fresh grads with really strong qualifications are also welcome to apply
    • Must be adept in translating consumer insights, branding workshop inputs and competitive analysis into effective brand strategies
    • Expert knowledge in social media and digital platforms
    • Abreast with the latest trends in the digital space/ knowledge of customer behavior online
    • Knowledge/demonstrable skill in creating Integrated Marketing campaigns
    • Strong innovative spirit
    • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
    • Driven, results oriented
    • Effective presentation skills
    • Organized, has an eye for detail
