ABS-CBN provides news and entertainment programming for nine channels on cable TV and operates the country's largest cable TV service provider. The Company also owns the leading-cinema and music production and distribution outfits in the country. It brings its content to worldwide audiences via cable, satellite, online and mobile.

The Company has interests in content development and production, cable and satellite television services, merchandising and licensing, mobile and online multimedia services, glossy magazine publishing, video and audio post production, and overseas services, all of which complement and enhance ABS-CBN's strength in content production and distribution.


    The Content Brand Strategy Manager shall report to the Content Brand Strategy Head and will service a dedicated platform ensuring brand integration between the company and its subsidiaries via:
    • Program Strategies and Communications Plan - conceptualizes and implements communications strategies that manage audience-directed promotions to drive ratings and incremental revenues for TV2 programs
    • Conducting/Facilitating Brand Essence Workshops and Crafting Brand Essences - employs the brand diagnostics process to determine the "core essence" of various ABS-CBN brands (i.e. programs/platforms, artists, characters) to provide direction for developmental plans in all areas of operation such as business strategy, customer interaction, new product development, internal communications, and marketing communications.


    • Mass communications/marketing graduate or psychology graduate
    • Preferably 3-4 years’ substantial experience/exposure in the marketing communications field, strategic planning, TV production, advertising/creative agency work.
    • Solid project management skills—with proven ability to drive projects from start to completion overcoming obstacles by influencing others to achieve goals.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds and deadlines
    • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, ability to work as part of a team or with stakeholders to achieve goals and overcome obstacles
    • Strong presentation and communication skills
    • Ability to deal with ambiguity
    • Independent and self-driven with high personal and ethical standards
