Prior to the shutdown of its broadcast operations in 2020, ABS-CBN was the largest television network in the Philippines. As a radio broadcast company, it operated 22 radio stations including anchor radio stations in Mega Manila, DZMM and DWRR, in the AM and FM bands, respectively. 
 
The company delivers television programming outside of the Philippines to over 3 million viewers in North America, the Middle East, Europe, Japan, Australia, Canada, and other countries in Asia, through the internet and the Company’s global distribution platform, TFC, using DTH satellite service, cable television channels, IPTV, mobile applications and video streaming services. Its offerings are further complemented by subsidiaries focused on other multimedia services such as film production, music recording, telecommunications, and magazine and book publishing. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Content Strategy: Develop content strategies, including the creation, distribution, and optimization of content across digital channels.
    • Content Creation: Oversee the production of high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, social media updates, and other multimedia content (copy-focused).
    • Content Promotion: Develop strategies and create content for promotion and distribution through various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, among others.
    • Content Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools / work with partner teams to measure the performance of content, analyzing engagement, reach, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
    • Content Collaboration: Collaborate with the social media team, design team, and other departments to align content with broader marketing and business initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

    • Copywriting. Strong command of Filipino and English is required. Must be able to customize communications based on strategy, target audience, and platform. 
    • Content Strategy: Strong understanding of content marketing principles and the ability to develop and implement effective content strategies through an audience-centric approach. Must be able to create insightful, comprehensive, easily-digestible presentations. 
    • SEO Knowledge*: Understanding of SEO principles and the ability to optimize content for search engines (preferred but not required)
    • Creativity: Innovative thinking to develop compelling and engaging content ideas.
    • Communication: Strong communication skills to convey content strategies and collaborate with other departments.
