    The Copy Specialist is responsible for creating and developing creative ideas and concepts, generating stand-alone copy or text to complement visual concepts created by the art director across several digital platforms and marketing material, including but not limited to social media, videos, etc.
    He/she is expected to have substantial experience in writing and be able to write interesting and engaging copy while adhering to the objectives of an assigned project.
    • Write clear, engaging, accurate copy in English and Filipino to help connect users to TFC
    • Conceptualize and execute strategically aligned ideas for the project assigned
    • Review product, as necessary, to help maintain on-brand messaging
    • Maintain current and working knowledge of industry/market trends and make recommendations as appropriate
    • Work with the design team to develop creative ideas
    • Attend presentations and shoots as necessary


    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in communications or marketing
    • Professional experience in writing in creative spaces, such as consumer-focused copywriting, social marketing, short-form digital, scriptwriting, etc.
    • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
    • An enthusiast who’s excited to write about film and TV
    • A love of language with an empathic understanding of a broader audience in mind
    • Flexibility and versatility as a writer. Whether the assignment at hand is a highbrow film, a blockbuster rom-com, or a youth-oriented series, the writer should have the ability to create materials that will speak well to the target audience
    • Passionate about entertainment and pop culture
    • Must have at least two years of work experience
    • Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines
