    The Copywriter Lead assists with the creative direction and campaign development, as well as supervise teams on multiple design projects. He/she is a leader, a creative mind, and a project manager all in one. This role is responsible for developing concepts, campaigns and multiple projects, which require them to make conceptual and copy-based decisions. Developing scripts, storyboards, storylines, and headlines may be required to communicate their ideas to other members of the team.

    The Lead also acts as quality control for their projects by reviewing and editing their team’s final products before uploading or releasing of material. The Lead is updated on the latest trends, and continually research marketing trends and strategies and the technologies used. The Lead must be able to recognize their intended audience and the best strategies for reaching said population in the ABS-CBN digital platforms. The Lead must also be aware of what competitors are doing in order to create innovative and compelling campaigns.

    Copywriter Lead will undertake the following duties and responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and develop creative campaigns or tactical material in the ABS-CBN digital platforms strategically aligned to the brief.
    • Attend presentations and shoots as needed.
    • Assist with the creative direction and campaigns development.
    • Conceptualize and execute strategically aligned ideas in branded content
    • Must continually research marketing trends, strategies and the technologies used in advertising practices.
    • Aware of what competitors are doing in order to create innovative and new designs and concepts.


    • Graduate of a 4-year Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Creative Writing course or other equivalent courses.
    • Must have at least 5 years work experience with a background in advertising.
    • Experience in conceptualizing and executing branded narrative video content.
    • Creative, imaginative, and detail-oriented storyteller with sharp wit, and a good sense of humor.
    • Quick and agile creative with a pulse on pop culture and the Kapamilya audience.
    • Must have a positive work ethic.
    • Strong leadership skills with a collaborative spirit.
    • Ability to manage a project from start to finish.
    • Must be able to work independently with time-management and organizational skills.
    • Able to lead and supervise creative teams on multiple design projects.
    • Must be able to recognize the intended audience and suggest the best strategies to reach them.
    • Knowledge of marketing practices, social media platforms, and trends.
    • Experience working with ABS-CBN digital platforms and LOBs is an advantage.
