    • Contribute to the strategic and creative development of the organization’s marketing and branding efforts for platform design development and content creation
    • Lead and manage the creative team and their output
    • Develop creative ideas and concepts and formulate effective visual strategies
    • Communicate client messages clearly in visual, written, and verbal form
    • Deliver digital projects on agreed timelines
    • Familiarize themselves with their clients’ products and services, the target audience and their competitors’ activities
    • Work closely with Development, Creatives, Content, Strategy, and Project Management Teams in developing project briefs
    • Present ideas to colleagues and clients
    • Keep updated on the latest digital tools, technologies, and trends
    • Amend, revise or redevelop design properties in response to feedback
    • Oversee projects they are involved in from production stage to completion
    • Monitor the effectiveness of digital media campaigns
    • Manage art direction, copywriting, digital content and production of projects
    • Quality control of creative output and workflow processes
    • Review and evaluation of staff performance


    • Possess a Bachelor's degree in a job related field such as Fine Arts, Multi-media, or Interactive design with 5 or more years of industry experience.
    • Must have hands on experience of at least 3 years in digital creative concept creation.
    • Must have hands on experience of at least 2 years in web & mobile design development.
    • Must have experience of at least 2 years in marketing or advertising.
    • Must have experience in copywriting or content creation
    • Must have experience in managing teams of 5 - 8 members of highly skilled digital artists
