    The Account Executive (AE) shall be responsible for ABS-CBN digital media client/account prospects. The AE shall be accountable for the maintenance of current and generation of new accounts focused more on the digital properties and offerings of ABS-CBN.


    • Meet the set monthly and yearly quota
    • Establish and maintain robust relationships with clientele whether thru an agency or directly
      • Having substantive knowledge of advertisers’ products and marketing plans and campaign objectives.
      • Provides input to clients on time, on queries pertaining to developments in the programming of all platforms using on-line facilities
      • Keeping abreast with the trends in the digital industry
      • Having substantive knowledge of advertisers’ products and marketing plans and campaign objectives.
    • Develop a deep understanding of the business, products, and target market of their assigned account/clients.
    • Build business via prospecting and lead-generation.
    • Manages campaigns and projects from the preliminary stages until its implementation including post evaluation
    • Provides effective client servicing to all accounts handled


    • Graduate of any 4-year course but Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or English is a plus
    • Work Experience – minimum of 2 years’ experience in Advertising, Sales, Marketing, or its equivalent; preferably with related experience in media agency and digital sales
    • Must be/possess the following
      • exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
      • superior interpersonal skills and be able to create rapport with people of all demographics
      • polished and maintains a professional, put-together demeanor
      • confident, ambitious, self-motivated and should strive when working independently
      • keen listener able to pick up clues that will help close sales.

    • Must be able to observe integrity when dealing commitments with internal as well as external clients
    • Must have discipline when creating strategic plans and follow strict timelines of projects

    Other requirements:
    • Willing to travel to other countries, if required
    • Willing to work more than 8 hours and adjust to other region’s time zone
