The company delivers television programming outside of the Philippines to over 3 million viewers in North America, the Middle East, Europe, Japan, Australia, Canada, and other countries in Asia, through the internet and the Company’s global distribution platform, TFC, using DTH satellite service, cable television channels, IPTV, mobile applications and video streaming services. Its offerings are further complemented by subsidiaries focused on other multimedia services such as film production, music recording, telecommunications, and magazine and book publishing. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

    As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility for meeting digital sales targets by growing existing business, maximizing new business, capturing opportunity and supporting your team in achieving its goals. You will serve as the main link between our clients and the company and ensure that all our clients are highly satisfied. 
    • Meet the set monthly, quarterly and yearly targets;
    • Provide excellent customer service to our clients, and identify and solve client challenges proactively and creatively;
    • Build strong relationships with customers and regularly update them on our products and services;
    • Be a trusted business partner for our clients advertising needs by deeply understanding their business, products, and target market; 
    • Build business via prospecting and lead-generation; 
    • Effectively project manage campaigns from the preliminary stages, implementation to post-evaluation;
    • Ensure a deep understanding of ABS-CBN digital properties and offers, and aligning them with clients’ business objectives and target markets.
    • Provide timely and accurate information using the assigned sales/order management system 
    • Perform other duties assigned. 

REQUIREMENTS

    • 4-6 years’ experience working in online ad sales, media agency, business-development, marketing, or consulting sales.
    • Graduate of business management, marketing, communication arts or related course 
    • Ability to deliver results under pressure and show dedication to client services.
    • Ability and willingness to quickly complete large volumes of work with high quality.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent leadership, organization, communication, and teamwork skills.
