    • Strategy Development
      • Defines feasible & effective sales programs based on company's business directions.
      • Analyzes basic sales competitive strategies.
      • Identifies and recommends the most effective sales approach to manage competition.
      • Relates sales performance and agency feedback, and identifies sales (forecasting).
    • Achieving Sales Targets
      • Ensures achievement of sales targets provided.
      • Provides input to clients on time on queries pertaining to developments in the programming of all platforms using on-line facilities.
      • Ensures that monthly sales quota is reached.
      • Prepares report on monthly performance and projections.
      • Ensures that ABS-CBN Global and all its platforms and products are not only in the marketing plans of the different agencies but also gets a hefty portion of the advertising budget by:
        • Keeping abreast with the overall ratings position vis-a-vis rival networks all time slots, days & ratings period;
        • Having substantive knowledge of advertisers' products and marketing plans for possible tie-up with various programs.
        • Encouraging advertisers to support the platforms of ABS-CBN;
        • Being aware of rival station's strategies and products and how we are better.
    • Effective Client Servicing
      • Provides effective client servicing to all accounts handled through but not limited to:
        • Communicating well with clients, maintaining easy and friendly rapport
        • Anticipating unforeseen and problematics situations that may arise in the delivery of services and the ability to proactively source for solutons that can address client's concerns and issues.
        • Establishing effective relationships/ partnerships with clients through a personalized approach (i.e. PR, remembering birthdays and company anniversaries, attending to reasonable requests of clients, etc.)
    • Negotiation
      • Effectively employs with the approval of the Division Head, various negotiation approaches, strategies and tactics gained through experience and exposure to deals and transactions in order to gain the highest level of confidence and trust from clients.
      • Communicates negotiation goals and targets.
      • Arrives at mutually acceptable agreement with the client without compromising business directions.
    • Managing and developing people
      • Sets objectives for the group handled, developing corresponding work plans.
      • Assesses employee performance and conducts performance discussions, coaching and mentoring.
      • Identifies training and skills development initiative for team members for growth and competency improvements.
      • Takes timely action to keep the group's effective working relationship


    • Graduate of any business-related course: BS Marketing, BS Entrepreneurship, Business Management, etc.
    • Must have 5+ years of media-related experience selling digital platforms as well as previous sales management experience;
    • Must be familiar with prevailing internet technologies such as HTML, streaming media, ad tagging, blogging, RSS, etc.
    • Exceptional project management skills

    • Able to relate well with people from all levels
    • Flexible, thrives under pressure.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills.
