ABS-CBN provides news and entertainment programming for nine channels on cable TV and operates the country's largest cable TV service provider. RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provides analysis and strategic direction by utilizing first-party data to identify growth opportunities. This person must have the statistical expertise to support and conduct quantitative analysis and statistical validation of ABS-CBN’s digital assets to aid in marketing these assets better to advertiser’s campaigns along with cross-referencing advertiser’s campaigns on ABS-CBN’s digital assets.
    • Streamlines the tools available and standardizing best practices, including mid and post-mortem reports, benchmark setting, and metrics needed for each campaign, among others to ensure that we are able to deliver the best solutions to our advertisers.
    • Does periodic category and market downloads for platform and key categories of platform and brand assignments.
    • Supplements the data and analytics needs of the digital marketing teams, and also bridges the gap between marketing and the business intelligence team when crafting the data management platform audience data needs.
    • Aligns with platform experts, Sales CIA, Trade and Brand SPOCs for data to be used in pitches and trade materials.
    • Must be knowledgeable with data and technology trends and provides recommendations and solutions on how these trends will be applied to marketing ABS-CBN’s digital platforms to advertisers.
    • He/she should be able to assist in the automation of tasks and re-engineering of digital processes.
    • May also conduct training sessions among cross-functional teams on the use of the available tools for analytics.
    • Coordinate with the Business Intelligence team of the Digital Media Division technical team, the Accounts Management team, and the Digital Marketing team.
    • Monitor and track performance of assigned accounts and campaigns.
    • Assist internal partners by providing relevant data that would support a marketing campaign and be able to give recommendations on the best digital strategy to implement in order to reach the KPIs.
    • Proactively conduct analysis and data mining to provide hidden insights.
    • Regular analytics assessment on all platforms in both mobile and web.
    • Assist in automating certain tasks that would help the team perform more effectively and efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS

    • Graduate of a 4-year Communication, Marketing, Business, Statistics, Mathematics or Technology course (and other equivalent courses)
    • Work experience – minimum of 1-2 years in a media agency, primarily handling digital campaigns or experience in handling, organizing, and analyzing data sets
    • Must be knowledgeable in digital marketing and trends, digital platform ecosystem, analytics and digital marketing campaigns
    • Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills
    • Knowledge on the use of the following dashboards: Google Analytics and Facebook Insights Dashboard
    • Strong familiarity with Google Analytics, Social Bakers and other listening and analytics tools
    • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
    • Experience in Java, Python or any coding language that can facilitate automation, preferred
    • Knowledge of other digital tools and/or coding is a plus!
    • Ability to understand issue from both business and customer perspective.
