Prior to the shutdown of its broadcast operations in 2020, ABS-CBN was the largest television network in the Philippines. As a radio broadcast company, it operated 22 radio stations including anchor radio stations in Mega Manila, DZMM and DWRR, in the AM and FM bands, respectively. 
The company delivers television programming outside of the Philippines to over 3 million viewers in North America, the Middle East, Europe, Japan, Australia, Canada, and other countries in Asia, through the internet and the Company’s global distribution platform, TFC, using DTH satellite service, cable television channels, IPTV, mobile applications and video streaming services. Its offerings are further complemented by subsidiaries focused on other multimedia services such as film production, music recording, telecommunications, and magazine and book publishing. 


    The Head of Digital Campaign Strategy oversees the maximization of advertiser revenue opportunity by leading the development of integrated marketing communication proposals that seamlessly utilize ABS-CBN Digital’s creative, media, artists, adtech and data. 
    Duties and Responsibilities  
    a. Lead the strategy and development of integrated marketing communication client proposals;  
    • Develop data driven strategic client proposals and packages that maximize the revenue opportunity of our creative, digital media, artists, adtech and data assets 
    • Ensure that the integrated marketing communication proposals are in line with the brands objectives   
    • Ensure that clients campaign KPI’s and target cost efficiencies are aligned and achievable while maintaining a healthy ABS CBN P&L 
    • Collaborate with the different business units in the development of these integrated communication proposals  
    • Ensure campaign strategy is executed as planned  
    • Ensure insightful and actionable mid campaign and/or end of campaign reports are provided to clients   
    b. Co-lead quarterly business reviews with key clients;  
    c. Proactively identify and develop innovative test and learn initiatives with key clients that capitalizes our creative, media, technology and data assets;  
    d. Lead the creation of  case studies and white papers that will strengthen the ABS-CBN Digital proposition;  
    e. Consolidate data and analyze past campaign results to create a library of benchmarks and learning; 
    f. Maintain and manage campaign planning, monitoring, measurement and insighting  tools; 
    g. Work with both internal units and external vendors to stay abreast of digital advertising, adtech, media planning, and tracking innovations;  
    h. Mentor and guide junior members of the digital strategy team in campaign strategy, media planning, and campaign insighting/evaluation;  
    i. Ensure that the sales team is updated and trained on the latest trends, products, solutions and adtech.   


    • 8-10 years of digital advertising strategy with media/planning/buying experience and/or with a publisher/media company in a strategic role;  
    • Experience in influencer marketing;   
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Communication, Research, or Marketing  
    • Strong analytical and number skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights with experience in using analytics dashboards and platforms  
    • Google and Facebook certifications  
    • Highly proficient in planning and implementing campaigns in Facebook and Google platforms  
    • Experience in programmatic platforms (DSP, SSP, Ad Exchange and DMP)  
    • Good MS Excel and PowerPoint skills  
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
