Prior to the shutdown of its broadcast operations in 2020, ABS-CBN was the largest television network in the Philippines. As a radio broadcast company, it operated 22 radio stations including anchor radio stations in Mega Manila, DZMM and DWRR, in the AM and FM bands, respectively. 
The company delivers television programming outside of the Philippines to over 3 million viewers in North America, the Middle East, Europe, Japan, Australia, Canada, and other countries in Asia, through the internet and the Company’s global distribution platform, TFC, using DTH satellite service, cable television channels, IPTV, mobile applications and video streaming services. Its offerings are further complemented by subsidiaries focused on other multimedia services such as film production, music recording, telecommunications, and magazine and book publishing. 


     As a Digital Growth Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive audience growth, engagement, and revenue for our news publication. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams including editorial, product, and engineering to achieve our growth goals.
    • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive audience growth, engagement, and revenue for our news publication.
    • Utilize various channels including email, social media, apps, search engine optimization, and paid advertising to reach target audiences and drive traffic to our website.
    • Identify and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies to optimize performance.
    • Continuously test and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and drive growth.
    • Collaborate with editorial, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on growth initiatives.
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing and apply them to our strategies.


    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the news or media industry.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing channels including email, social media, search engine optimization, and paid advertising.
    • Experience with analytics and data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Mixpanel.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website analytics tools.
    • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
