BUSINESS SUMMARY

ABS-CBN Themed Experiences Inc. (ATEI) is a wholly owned subsidiary of ABS-CBN Corporation. It brings our Kapamilyas much closer to the world of ABS-CBN through fun, engaging and interactive themed attractions, where they can have a first-hand experience of the exciting world of cinema and television, both in front of, and behind, the camera.    ATEI also provides opportunities for our Kapamilyas to encounter ABS-CBN’s biggest stars and its programs and movies’ most memorable characters.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

    Position Summary

    The position is responsible for creating strategic digital marketing plans, manage the brand's digital platforms, and oversee its day-to-day digital operations. Position will also handle events and partnerships both internal and external.
     
    Duties and Responsibilities
    • Create strategic digital marketing plans for Studio XP and Heroes Burger
    • Handle the day-to-day operations of Studio XP and Heroes Burger brand's social media accounts including posting, writing captions, photo and video editing, and daily customer support.
    • Consistently publish engaging and sharable content that encourages participation and audience engagement
    • Create and update website content
    • Liaise with Digital Media Division (DMD), Corporate Marketing, other LOBs and Studio XP content group regarding digital marketing plans, initiatives, campaigns, and executions
    • Liaise with the KTX and sales team for bookings and online ticket selling
    • Monitor and generate weekly and monthly social reports
    • Perform other Studio XP and Heroes Burger marketing-related tasks such as events, sponsorships and partnerships.

    Major Internal and/or External Contacts
    • Will be working closely with servicing units and LOBs of ABS-CBN such as Corporate Marketing, Media Services, CCM, Production, Digital Media Division and LOB Ad Prom representatives.
    • Will handle external partnerships as well – sponsorships, travel expos
    • Will be working with third party suppliers such as creative agencies, media agencies
     
    Work Environment
    • Will be working from 3 or more sites: ELJ Headquarters and Studio XP in TriNoma, Heroes Burger branches
    • Will also be sent to events / partnerships to cover and do marketing-related work such as but not limited to monitoring, preparing collaterals and coordination for logistics
    • Open to doing weekend work
     
     

REQUIREMENTS

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Advertising
    • Must be an ABS-CBN viewer/fan
    • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, experience in digital marketing and graphic design is a plus
    • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and/or Keynote, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, basic knowledge in Final Cut Pro and/or Adobe Premiere Pro
    • Must be social media savvy, knowledge in analytics is an advantage
    • Demonstrated excellence in time management skills
    • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
    • Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.
    • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
