    Position Summary
    The Digital Marketing Specialist's role is to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing (DM) strategies that:
    • Support Category (Subscription/Movie/Experience) and Region initiatives in driving purchase intent
    • Enhance the growth of Global's social media following and brand site traffic
    Duties and Responsibilities
    • Strategy Development & Execution
      • Provide additional DM strategies, tactics, and channels for amplification of Category/Region plans
        • Includes customizing/augmenting global DM strategies to meet regions’ needs
    • Analytics & Social Listening
      • Provide audience insight to serve as strategy foundation
      • Provide campaign results and analysis
      • Lead the monitoring of trends and subsequent ideation
    • Social Media Marketing
      • TikTok Content Strategy & Management
        • Own/Lead social media management and content creation of TFC’s TikTok account
        • Manage content ideation, scheduling/posting, community management
        • Work with Creatives on delivering the best possible content
      • Influencer Marketing
        • Crosspost on other relevant ABS-CBN properties
        • Initiate collaboration with big and/or PH-based community influencers
      • Account Management
        • Help regulate the creation of new accounts and deletion of obsolete/unofficial ones following set rules
        • Adhere to new platform features, processes, and policies
    • Digital Advertising
      • Manage third-party agencies to support Category/Region plans
      • Plan and execute digital advertising strategies


    • Educational Attainment: Bachelor’s Degree
    • Required:
      • Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns
      • Understands how TikTok works and stays up to date with all the platform’s latest trends
      • Solid understanding of digital metrics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data
      • Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Preferred:
      • Proficiency in digital advertising
      • Experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media, micro sites, and social media applications
      • Ability to “think outside the box” and produce quick comebacks for audience engagement
