    The Digital Producer develops stories focused on public service for publication on various ABS-CBN platforms.
    • Produces stories in video or text formats, or both, as agreed with the Editor-in-Chief, and based on the content lineup and editorial directives.
    • Handles basic video production and photo editing.
    • Interviews subjects, collates materials, covers events, and translates these into digital or broadcast content, as necessary.
    • Conducts extensive research and fact checking of topics or stories assigned.
    • Pitches ideas, participates in regular content updates, and helps maintain editorial calendar.
    • Coordinates with various units involved in public service for monitoring and coverage.
    • Monitors the engagement indicators of public service stories, as well as emerging trends in digital and traditional platforms.


    • Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, or equivalent field.
    • Experienced in digital and broadcast production.
    • Knowledgeable and has good understanding of social media; search engine/internet operations and its functionality.
    • Knowledge and understanding of current editing, authoring tools, and related blog technologies.
    • Knowledge of digital trends.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work schedules.
    • Experience in project and time management.
