Prior to the shutdown of its broadcast operations in 2020, ABS-CBN was the largest television network in the Philippines. As a radio broadcast company, it operated 22 radio stations including anchor radio stations in Mega Manila, DZMM and DWRR, in the AM and FM bands, respectively. 
The company delivers television programming outside of the Philippines to over 3 million viewers in North America, the Middle East, Europe, Japan, Australia, Canada, and other countries in Asia, through the internet and the Company’s global distribution platform, TFC, using DTH satellite service, cable television channels, IPTV, mobile applications and video streaming services. Its offerings are further complemented by subsidiaries focused on other multimedia services such as film production, music recording, telecommunications, and magazine and book publishing. 


    The Digital Sales Strategy and Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting and enabling the digital sales team to sell more efficiently and effectively by providing data driven strategic direction, profit maximization and reducing friction in the sales process.  
    • Responsible for the sales strategy execution and revenue maximization;  
      • Ensure optimized sales structure and coverage  
      • Responsible for evaluating and setting pricing and packaging models and strategy to ensure healthy P&L 
      • Responsible for sales engagement and tactical incentives to boost performance   
      • Responsible for market analysis, trends and intelligence 
    • Responsible for performance monitoring and reporting;  
      • Responsible for sales monitoring and forecasting versus goals/KPI’s 
      • Responsible for sales pipeline monitoring, management and optimization 
      • Responsible for advertiser/industry analysis, trending and forecasting  
      • Analyze and evaluate sales and strategy performance  
    • Responsible for daily sales operations 
      • Responsible for leads management and monitoring  
      • Responsible for sales process optimization and resource allocation 
      • Responsible for ensuring that the sales team is timely informed and trained on any new products or solutions  
      • Responsible for sales talent on-boarding 
    • Responsible for the sales tech and enabling tools  
      • Responsible for sales CRM adoption, customization and management 
      • Responsible for sales tools management, customization, and adoption  
      • Responsible for reporting/task automation to help sales team manage and monitor their pipeline and sales efficiently and effectively 


    • At least 5 years experience in a sales strategy and operations role, media buying/trading, publisher product pricing/packaging, and/or product management with P&L responsibilities; 
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Communication, Research, or Marketing  
    • Strong analytical and number skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights with experience in using analytics dashboards and platforms  
    • Experience and proficient in using sales CRM platforms
