    Platform & Campaign Strategy
    Supports ABS-CBN’s various digital business development and digital marketing initiatives. A key force in driving engagement between the consumers for ABS-CBN’s various digital businesses and partners.
    • Leads in monitoring and identifying new growth opportunities for ABS-CBN Digital.  
    • Responsible for supporting internal and external clients to bringing strategic, digital projects and solutions to fruition.  
    • Conducts customer analysis, modelling, and segmentation.  
    • Creates specific and measurable customer-focused strategies.  
    • Designs customer path for platform strategy and digital marketing campaigns including SEO and SEM.  
    • Collaborate, manage and ideate with internal teams to develop and activate digital campaigns/brand strategies.  
    • Analyzes complex digital and social analytics to uncover opportunities, develop game-changing marketing strategies & provide innovative business solutions in collaboration with Business Intelligence Team.  
    • Consistent trend-watchers who are updated with industry based benchmarks, knowledgeable on disruptive initiatives, external environment/business efforts and continuously learning about consumer interests.  
    • Closely working with the Business Intelligence team to challenge research and analysis methods to ensure rich insights.
    • Designing persuasive, insight-rich reports and stories using diverse media/tools to communicate insights, frameworks, ecosystem level solutions, through creating project deliverables such as pitch decks, strategic plans, communication plans, etc.  
    • Preparing and co-facilitating workshops for ABS-CBN’s multi-disciplinary groups and possible partners.  
    • Ensures that there is continuous improvement for launched products/campaigns.  
    • Partner with the business and digital innovation team to support execution efforts and ensure connectivity across the various teams supporting development.  
    • To develop strong relationships with internal team to create solutions that contribute to the company’s goals/objectives.
    • To be able to quickly address conflicts/problems and find best-fit solutions for the issue at hand.

    Tech Solutions Strategy
    The subject matter experts for the functional capabilities and underlying technical aspects of the digital platforms and systems of ABS-CBN. The caretaker of the unified architecture of all web properties including compliance with key protocols.
    • Ensures that all web properties follow the unified architecture and in compliance with the key protocols such as Single Sign On (SSO), Universal Navigation, Big Data, Rewards Program, and others.  
    • Create and manage supporting documentation deliverables such as User Stories, Functional Specifications Document, Programs, Customer Journey Mapping, Process flow Diagrams and more.  
    • Lead in creation of segments across ABS-CBN portfolio though Data Management Platform (DMP).  
    • Drivers and implementers of new technologies (such as AMP, PWA, AR, etc.) through internal or external resources (i.e. IT or Third Party Partnerships)  
    • Ensures that all ABS-CBN web properties are discoverable, optimized and consistently updated with technologies required to rank higher on SERP. This will include creation of SEO Reports and SEM Strategies.  
    • Manage and Prioritize multiple projects with varying degrees of complexity and business priority, for a single client and across a portfolio of clients.  
    • Stay up-to-date with the capabilities of technology partners and other innovative third party extensions and solutions in the digital market place. This will include understanding what the current technologies the industry or competitors have, how it works, and how it can provide ROI to brands and value to customers. This may include dialogue and deliberation of technology partners, environment audit and supervision of IT implementation.  
    • Closely working with Platform & Campaign Strategist in developing new/improved digital products that requires technology directions and key protocol implementations.  
    • Partner with the business and digital innovation team to support execution efforts and ensure connectivity across the various teams supporting development.  
    • Preparing and co-facilitating workshops for ABS-CBN’s multi-disciplinary groups.  
    • To develop strong relationships with internal and external service providers to create enterprise solutions that contribute to the company’s goals/objectives.  
    • To be able to quickly address conflicts/problems and find best-fit solutions for the issue at hand.


    • Possess a Bachelor's degree in a job related field such as Marketing or Digital Advertising with 2 or more years of industry experience.
    • Must have hands on experience of at least 2 years in digital strategy development.
    • Must have experience in managing teams of 2-3 members of Digital Strategist.
    • Strong passion for and knowledge of technology and digital marketing.
    • Ability to thrive in a fluid and entrepreneurial environment.
    • Strong familiarity with digital metrics.
    • Strong understanding of consumer behaviour in the digital landscape.
    • In-depth knowledge of integrated marketing and digital disciplines (consumer journey process, targeting, architectural design, production and analytics)
    • Should be knowledgeable in digital marketing and trends.
    • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Ability to understand issue from both business and customer perspective.
    • Strong leadership and communication (written and verbal) skills to effectively manage internal and external customers.
