    Will undertake overall responsibility for the following:
    • Process and framework development
    • Manpower resource management
    • Managing and leading strategy team
    • Expected to provide hands on leadership to make decisions and provide inputs to the team deliverables
    • Working with internal teams to help define scope and recommended approach for digital strategy
    • Plan an advisory role on client engagement to discuss and finalize roadmap
    • Serve as thought leader in aligning digital marketing strategy in consideration of business goals and objectives 
    • Provide guidance for client digital vision
    • Provide formal strategic frameworks and methodologies for digital
    • Provide in depth analysis on all campaign and platform analytics
    • Be able to uses data insights to improve business performance


    • Possess a Bachelor's degree in a job related field such as Marketing or Digital Advertising with 5 or more years of industry experience.
    • Must have hands on experience of at least 3 years in digital strategy development, digital analytics and CRM. 
    • Must have experience in managing teams of 5-10 members of Digital Strategist.
    • Strong passion for and knowledge of technology and digital marketing.
    • Ability to thrive in a fluid and entrepreneurial environment.
    • Strong familiarity with digital metrics.
    • Strong understanding of consumer behavior  in the digital landscape.
    • In-depth knowledge of integrated marketing and digital disciplines (consumer journey process, targeting, architectural design, production and analytics)
    • Should be knowledgeable in digital marketing and trends.
    • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Ability to understand issue from both business and customer perspective.
    • Strong leadership and communication (written and verbal) skills to effectively manage internal and external customers.
    • Proven mentoring and coaching abilities to ensure an effective team.
    • Should be able to identify business development priorities.
    • Drive the implementation of the projects/campaigns with the internal customers.
    • Strong influencing skills (confident, assertive, diplomatic)
