RESPONSIBILITIES

    Position Summary
    YouTube team is responsible in monitoring and optimizing all ABS-CBN Official channels that are being connected to YouTube Partnership Program and recognized as authorized channels to allow the copyright contents to be blocked and / or monetized. The team manages YouTube CMS dashboards to monitor and publish right policies in all ABS-CBN accounts.
    Duties and Responsibilities
    Channel Optimization
    - Implements Audience Development guidelines on ABS-CBN’s Official YouTube Channels.
    - Optimizes content for maximum visibility and ranking in the major search engines that includes:
    • Branding, Frontdoor layout and thumbnail creation.
    • Clarity of every upload including proper grammar, punctuation and spelling in metadata
    • Implementation of annotation and link outs
    • Ensures accuracy of Programming Schedule
    YouTube Monetization Management
    - Applies Digital Rights policies in managing contents and Content Management System.
    - Distinguish complex territorial rights, 3rd party claims and multi-party issues.
     
    YouTube Analysis
    - Analyze and interpret YouTube Analytics to improve optimization/
    - Prepares detailed strategy reports.
    - Check contents from third party’s account and which are subject for review asserting rights on content that we own the copyright weather to monetize to earn revenue or not.
     
    Major Internal and / or External Contacts
    - Coordinates with YouTube Team regarding Channel Optimization and with other related concerns.
    Attends a weekly meeting with the Head of Operations to update status of accounts and channels.
     

REQUIREMENTS

    • College graduate
    • Has excellent writing and communication skills; Experience with online operations is a plus
    • Experience in video editing and Adobe Photoshop required
    • Knowledgeable in Microsoft office
    • Experience in YouTube channel operations is a plus
