The Company has interests in content development and production, cable and satellite television services, merchandising and licensing, mobile and online multimedia services, glossy magazine publishing, video and audio post production, and overseas services, all of which complement and enhance ABS-CBN's strength in content production and distribution.


    • Responsible for the submission of all product information required across all online channels.
    • Coordinates all requirements for sending of product photos based on requirements and coordinates sending of actual items for photoshoot.   
    • Routinely checks accuracy in all product data/images, pricing, timely updates of new product launches and promotion across all online in coordination with the Merchandise Specialist.
    • Coordinates and executes all e-commerce initiatives and promotional campaigns, both internal and external. Recommends initiatives to improve sales via online promos, website improvements and works with internal ABS-CBN groups to further online initiatives.
    • Ensures that all online channels are up-to-date in terms of content and is aligned with that is currently on-air.
    • Liaise between customer service and the ecommerce service team to resolve order issues, pricing, inventory and any interruptions in service to customers.
    • Answers customer inquiry or if needed, directly communicates with customer is issues are beyond SLA.  
    • Monitors order fulfillment to ensure SLA of delivery timeline to customer is met by the ecommerce service tea.
    • Daily monitoring of pending transaction for releasing of abandoned carts due to none payment.
    • Monitoring of inventory movement to ensure stocks availability. Requests for stock replenishment and recommends stock pull out of excess inventory (old stocks, slow-moving, non-moving). He/She must be able to monitor if we are exceeding our storage requirements.
    • Preparation of monthly sales report to ensure timely payment for consignors.
    •  Submission of weekly sales reports and analyze sales, sell through, presents recommendations on how to deplete obsolete online inventory. Analyzes and acts on the store’s online performance metrics (page views, conversion rates) and evaluates approaches and strategies to improve. Takes a look at best seller and slow seller reports and gives inputs on SKU performance.
    • Issuance and Monitoring of Official Receipt booklet released to ecommerce service team.
    • Processing of refunds and merchandise exchange. Coordinates with Finance and Customer Service in the timely resolution of cases pertaining to refunds and exchanges.
    • Coordinates preferred  payment gateway regarding issues on suspicious transaction etc.


    • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • 1-2 years of experience in internet sales, preferred
    • Internet/Digital savvy with understanding of Search Engine Optimization, E-commerce Management, Online Performance Metrics
    • Knowledgeable in MS Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
    • Professional, effective written communications skills required.
    • Well-developed analytical skills, proactive, and comfortable with change.
    • Aptitude for problem solving/quick learning
    • Accurate and detail oriented and capable of executing functions efficiently
    • Positive attitude and high level of energy.
