    The Executive Assistant is responsible for facilitating the effective management of the activities and requirements of the Office of the Division Head, and all information for the purpose of strategic management decision-making.

    • Schedule Management - setting up travel, conferences, meetings, speaking engagements and other appointments and scheduling and organizing of departmental projects and activities.
    • Office Management - Ensuring the efficient workflow, approvals and oversight of all major administrative processes in behalf of the Division Head - Purchasing requests, Room and Technical Support, HR Related requests, IT related requests and Request for payment forms.
    • Communication Liaison - Management of the flow of information to Mancom and staff through drafting/composing and sending out external and internal correspondence and preparation of information for internal and external distribution.
    • Records Management - Setting up and managing efficient documentation in both electronic and paper filing systems.
    • Assist Division Head on personal matters to save executive time
    • Resource Management - Support and know-how in budget management, resource requisitions and acquisitions, people, process and facility planning support, vendor management.
    • Operations Support - Support in policy formulation, implementation and monitoring, contracts management.


    • College graduate in any related course
    • Excellent communication skills - written and oral
    • Highly organized and efficient and able to work with tight deadlines
    • Working knowledge and experience with MS Office applications, email and internet
