    The Events & Theatricals Specialist will primarily be responsible for the development and implementation of product management strategies. This includes : Delivery of products in accordance with the ""customer promise"" as defined by the Market Segment Head and within agreed KPI’s, standards, and budgets; Excellent Product Delivery and Operations (Project Management / Planning, organizing, and execution); Develop playbook for all types of events (Different business models for events and theatricals ; Partner Relations; Venues; Calendar of all regional events; Industry trends and best practices); Mounting of the event (Productized events, Movies, & Music) and assist in the execution of Marketing, PR and Comm Relations support, and Sales events. He shall also provide support to the Region Marketing Head who will lead in the formulation of overall product strategies.
    The Events & Theatricals Specialist should demonstrate good interpersonal skills when dealing with internal team members, clients, customers, and other 3rd parties. He/she can effectively manage multiple relationships and interactions at any given time. Is results-oriented and can multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines on multiple projects. Must be a creative thinker and problem solver as well as proactive and demonstrates a “take-charge” and “hands-on” attitude.
    He/She should demonstrate strength in business management, project planning, including the ability to strictly meet deadlines.  


    •  Assist the Region Marketing Head in planning strategies for Retail, Movies distribution and expansion, and Productized events.
    • Lead the implementation of strategies for Retail, Movies distribution and expansion, and Productized events and assist in the implementation of Marketing, PR & Comm Rel, and Ad Sales events
    • Lead the coordination with Global Events counterparts for artists and programming logistics
    • Manage the project based on approved P&L
    • Keep the project on track based on ideal event timelines and milestones
    • Scopes / Sources / Reviews Contracts with Partners/Suppliers
    • Provide on-site requirements of other business units (ie AdSales)
    • Coordinate with Internal Resources (i.e. marcomm, PR, production, sales, marketing) for the execution of events
    • Prepare Competitive Scoping
    Ad and Promo
    • Assist in the execution of Events/Theatricals Marketing Plan (online and offline)
    • Assist in the execution of Events/Theatricals Promo and Media Plan (online and offline)
    • Provide sales channel support (online and offline)
    • Direct contact person of Manila Global Events for assigned projects
    • Provides region insights on the market as input critical in the creative development of event concept/s and artist line-up
    • Direct contact person of external partner/s or resource/s
    • Oversees timely delivery of event staging requirements
    • Scopes /Reviews/Oversees Execution Plan of Partners/Suppliers
    • Preps contracts, deal memos, other documentation
    • Coordinates with Finance for requests
    • Coordinates with Sales / External partner for ticketing logistics – C/O REGION SALES
    • Anticipate implementation potential problems and issues, and proactively make adjustments to implementation mechanics in order to ensure flawless execution of all plans.
     Tracking and Reporting
    • Weekly tracking of project KPIs – ticket sales and sponsorships
    • Ensure project spending is within budget. 
    • Preparing/updating monthly initiatives report when needed
    • Assist in collecting market intelligence on product preference, customers’ attitude, competitors and market opportunities


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related courses.
    • At least 3 years experience within the Marketing or Advertising function, with exposure and good grasp of Events production.
    • Preferably with exposure to the Content or Advertising industries.
