With its range of content spanning from various passions and interests catering to a vast number of viewers, the Creative Programs, Inc. (CPI) team has continued to be the leading content creator for the affluent Filipino viewers.  The subsidiary has two main functions namely, it (1) manages, operates and delivers channels as well as it (2) promotes the CPI channels to cable operators exploring the new leverages on new revenue opportunities through their channel distribution section.

CPI continues to cater to a particular target audience producing programs such as Hero and Balls to Lifestyle Network, Myx, Jeepney and their still number one cable channel in the country, Cinema One.  These programs are carefully managed, combining foreign acquired programs and local productions.  Aside from delivering the most-awaited programs, shows, and teleseryes, CPI has also continued to excel in mounting events which the advertisers and viewers have highly anticipated.  Such programs would include Lifestyle Network's Summer Soul, Myx Mo by Myx, Cinema One Originals and Hero's Face Off.


    The Events Officer handles and assists on all logistics requirements processing, coordination, communication, and documentation. He/She helps the Events Manager oversee ream functions, work loads, and projects. He/She will handle mostly large-scale events.
    Bidding Process:
    • Coordination on schedule reminders,changes within internal team, and bidders
    • Sending documents to bidders including the necessary requirements
    • Implementaion of the schedule
    • Handle deliberation process
    • Documentation of the bids

    After Project Confirmation
    • Coordinate requirements with project heads and events groups
    • Ensure timelines and objectives are met
    • Prepare Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the Events Groups
    • Handle after-booking coordination with talents/artists
    • Coordination on the approval of the look, design, layout, and artworks
    • Creation of vehicle flow
    • Creation of Summary of Payments
    • Handle coordination of venue, SERM, oculars, meetings
    • Coordination with sponsors - commitments, requirements, scripts, schedules

    • Monitor ingress and egress
    • Implementation of vehicle flow
    • Checking of set-up
    • Proper handling of program execution
    • Act as stage manager, floor director or director during program execution
    • Conduct briefing
    • Troubleshoot glitches by coming up with applicable and sound solutions

    • Ensure timely payment of events, groups, talents, and suppliers


    • Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or other related field or equivalent education and experience
    • 1 year previous work related experience required. 2 years of previous work related experience preferred
    • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications. Demonstrated excellence in time management 
    • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
    • Familiar with events management processes
    • Ability to work in a team fostered environment
    • Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment
    • Ability to prioritize and organize work
    • Ability to adapt tp a flexible schedule
