We provide technical and non-technical customer service and relationship management functions, such as but not limited to directory and information assistance, sales generation, order-taking, telecollection, cross-selling, up-selling, telemarketing for the purpose of promoting and advertising products and services, requests and inquiries handling, sales fulfilment and payment facilitation, whether for itself or for other parties.

    The Facilities and Admin Assistant shall assist in managing the serivces that support the core business of the company. He/she shall ensure that the company has suitable working environment for its employees and their activities.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Assists the Facilities and Admin Manager in overseeing projects for all sites.
    2. Facilitates execution of repair projects under spending limits.
    3. Helps in preparing documents to put out tenders for contractors
    4. Helps in ensuring that building meets health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation and regulations.
    5. Checks that agreed work by providers has been completed satisfactorily and makes follow up on any deficiencies.
    6. Responds appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and deal with the consequences.
    7. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions.
    8. Process Suppliers and Contractors Monthly Billing and Payments.
    9. Perform other functions which may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.


    • Strong analytical and planning skills;
    • Good communication and presentation skills;
    • Excellent problem-solving skills;
    • A college degree on technical or business course
    • Preferably with at least 1 year of work experience in managing BPO facilities
    • With knowledge or background on the following areas:
      • Safety, health, Fire and Environment Law or regulations
      • Vendor contract and Performance Management
      • Risk Management and Business Continuity
      • Work place facilities management
      • Space Design and management
      • Access, Safety, and Security
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Proficient in MS Office applications - MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint
