RESPONSIBILITIES

    Cashiering
    1. Collect and account for ticket fees
    2. Issue official receipts for all donations and collections received
    3. Ensure that all collection/ticket sales (donations) are deposited to the bank on the next banking day
    4. Liaise with bank for collection deposits
    5. Maintain systematic filing of ORs and deposit slips
    6. Reconcile daily collections with the number of tickets sold
    7. Ensure the availability of OR/PR booklets, admission tickets, and booking and reservation agreement booklets
    Front Desk Concerns
    1. Handle telephone and personal inquiries regarding Ecopark facilities, guidelines and availability of events place
    2. Prepare, process and file events contracts
    3. Receive cash donations for the use of facilities and photo/video shoot and turn over to Immediate Supervisor
    4. Coordinate with the Grounds and Landscaping Team for preparation of the events place
    5. Prepare registration and signage for the venues
    6. Monitor number of guests during the event for proper billing

    Administrative Support
    1. Prepare passing through permits (for shoots and special functions) for Subdivision Guard and USG (Security)
    2. Assist in the preparation of monthly time cards and attendance report for COVID-19 recovery project employees
    3. Encode daily collections, remittance, and donations
    4. Guide and provide information about facilities and services, recreational options, park rules and regulations
    5. Provide courteous, high quality service to members of the public by personally responding to requests for service or appropriate referral
    6. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

    KNOWLEDGE

    EXPERIENCE/Educational Attainment Required
    • Bachelor's Degree in Office Administration or any related field
    • At least two years of relevant work experience, preferably in park operations
