    1. Sales
      • Acts as a key partner to sales teams across platforms to help drive and ensure achievement of targets
    1. Account and Project Management
    • Initiates sales driving activity for the network by understanding the advertiser/brand Understands the advertiser/brand needs and goals and provides them with brand opportunities both short-term and long-term across the company’s multiple lines of business
    • Oversees conceptualization, development and preparation of actual advertiser plans and pitches
      • Partners with sales & CMG/BEP in the development of a GTM (Go To Market) Plan with customized opportunities for advertisers
        • Collaborates with internal partners across ABS-CBN’s business units to ensure partners receive the materials and support needed to create their campaigns
        • Manages the execution workflow for multi-LOB deals and develops contingency plans as needed
        • Works with partners to obtain post-mortem results
    1. Safeguarding of Franchise Brands/IPs
      • Ensures that external partners adhere to the brand essence, market positioning, and strategic direction of the franchise brand
      • Manages needs of external partners while balancing expectations and requirements of the franchise brand for a mutually-beneficial relationship
      • Determines feasibility of concepts through knowledge of parameters of the franchise brands and their corresponding product rollout
      • Coordinates with legal and finance for drafting of contracts as well as renewals, extensions, and amendments

      • Sales and Marketing by team report


    • Mass Communications/Marketing graduate
    • With substantial experience/exposure in the marketing communications field, strategic planning, advertising/creative agency work
    • Can relate to all levels in the organization
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Strong project/time management and presentation skills
