    I. Franchise Brand Development
    • Works with the Brand Head to identify the target market of franchise brands through the analysis of demographics, psychographics, defined media habits, and consumption
    • Creates the brand development strategies for franchise brands
    • Continuously reviews best practices from benchmark franchises
    II. Product Portfolio Development
    • Recommends, through analysis and research, ways to explore revenue streams for franchise brands
    • Works with internal and external businesses to develop ancillary products with the objective of growing the franchise brand’s product portfolio
    • Assists in ensuring that timelines and deliverables for franchise brands and ensures these are on track
    III. Brand Marketing Communications
    • Develops integrated marketing communication plans for franchise brands
    • Builds and ensures the proper implementation of the franchise brand bible
    • Handles message management to ensure that internal and external media platforms are aligned with the communication objectives of the franchise brand
    • Implements and monitors franchise promotional executions


    • Graduate of Marketing, Business, Advertising, or equivalent
    • 3-4 years experience in Marketing and/or Advertising (Brand Marketing, Traditional/Digital Marketing)
    • Preferably with exposure in FMCG, Retail
    • Experience in management of brand P&L
    • Familiar with 360 marketing
    • Digital savvy
    • Has content appreciation
    • Strategic and creative at the same time
    • Detail-oriented
    • Works well under pressure
    • Highly analytical
    • Is able to work independently and within groups
