    Position Summary:

    Provide all support requirements of Logistics team and Finance group related to the fulfillment of orders for product under Employee Program

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Receiving and catering of employee orders
    • Validation of order quantity based on the maximum allowable limit per employee
    • Scanning of the product for issuance
    • Issuance of the products to employees
    • Accepting payment for cash orders Issuance of Official Receipt for every payment  received from employees
    • Reporting to Finance Officer for validation of fulfilled orders vs. actual cash received 
    • End-of-day cash deposit
    • Submission of deposit slip to Finance Officer
    • Recording and reporting of all fulfilled orders
    • Safe keeping/filing of documents related to the product
    • Catering inquiries of employees related to the product such as: Minimum device requirement, How To's of the product 
    • Conducting demo if necessary


    • Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business or Finance related course 
    • With minimum 1 year work experience in sales support and reports in a service industry 
    • Knowledge and Experience in Basic Sales Process
      Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Programs 
    • Excellent Selling, communication and negotiation skills
    • Analytical and with a keen eye for detail and proactively works with minimum supervision
    • Results-driven and has a sense of urgency
    • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills to build productive relationships with internal customers
    • Must be amenable to accept project-based engagement
    • With positive, consistent and effective communication skills: verbal and written
