ABS-CBN Themed Experiences Inc. (ATEI) is a wholly owned subsidiary of ABS-CBN Corporation. It brings our Kapamilyas much closer to the world of ABS-CBN through fun, engaging and interactive themed attractions, where they can have a first-hand experience of the exciting world of cinema and television, both in front of, and behind, the camera.    ATEI also provides opportunities for our Kapamilyas to encounter ABS-CBN’s biggest stars and its programs and movies’ most memorable characters.


    Position Summary
    In charge of the daily facilities and admin needs such as coordination and monitoring of facilities repairs and maintenance, cleanliness supplies, contracts etc.
    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Monitor contracts of vendors and contractors
    • Maintain records and files of the Operation
    • Act as Studio XP’s OSH representative
    • Liaise with Mall Administration and local and regulatory authorities
    • Receive and screen memos regarding events, shoots, and the like, and disseminate the same to concerned offices when approved
    • Handle event logistics
    • Monitor daily checklist against outsourced reports, i.e.:
      • Manpower schedule and attendance
      • Daily schedule of activities
    • Monitor facilities utilization, i.e. day to day inspection of back of house, clinic, restrooms, and others
    • Coordinate with suppliers on various needs, i.e. toiletry and cleaning supplies
    • Oversee facilities operation
      •  Maintain inventory of physical assets
      • Conduct facilities inspections and coordinate with contractors and monitor repairs and maintenance works
      • Track maintenance – preventative maintenance, scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs – of facilities and physical assets
    • Coordinate with Finance for payment of contracted services
    • Assist in preparation of periodic departmental reports, annual budgets, etc.
    • Perform additional functions incidental to office activities
    • Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by superiors due to business requirements


    • 2 years previous work related experience required in administrative function
    • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.  Demonstrated excellence in time management skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
    • Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.
    • Ability to prioritize and organize work.
    • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule
