    • Implement online ad campaigns through a third-party ad server
    • Monitor live campaigns and resolve any issues regarding delivery, campaign tracking and/or reporting in a timely fashion
    • Ensure all digital campaigns are launched on time and served correctly
    • Prepare end reports and certificate of completions of the campaigns
    • Coordinate online advertising concerns to other teams such as, but not limited to, Business Intelligence Team, Sales & Marketing, Creative Team
    • Identify problems such as under serving campaigns, and overbooking of campaigns
    • Determine which campaigns should be prioritized when an ad unit is overbooked. Status of underserved campaign should be communicated to the AE assigned.
    • Ensures campaign undergoes the proper ad traffic process and has complete proper documents submitted to DMD Finance.
    • Works with S2ales Account Executives to negotiate, and follow up status of campaigns
    • Coordinate with DMD Finance Officer to confirm the ad placements
    • Coordinate with different ABS-CBN groups and Media Agencies to ensure smooth operations of their campaigns


    • Bachelor’s degree from accredited four year college or university
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Extremely detail-oriented and organized with a high level of commitment and follow through
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills especially Microsoft Excel
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
    • Must be able to collaborate well within a team environment as well as work independently
    • Experience with digital advertising with strong knowledge of online advertising, search marketing and/or digital media is a plus
    • Experience with 3rd party ad servers such as Doubleclick and MediaMind is a plus
    • Willing to work with more than 8 hours and adjust to other region’s time zone
