    The Growth and Monetization Manager is focused on driving monetization strategies, analyzing competitive data & market trends, researching buyer behavior, designing pricing studies, & assessing monetization performance,

    Major Duties and Responsibilites:
    1. Own the strategy and execution for Growth and Monetization initiatives generating a thoughtful and cohesive approach to revenue growth while creating delightful user experiences across the customer lifecycle
    2. Analyze the data specific to audiences, users, and subscribers
    3. Deeply understand and measure the effectiveness of customer acquisition, monetization, and engagement motions
    4. Influence prioritization and execution of high impact projects affecting customer experience and monetization
    5. Rationalize and define meaningful growth metrics and communicate results, insights, and recommendations to senior management
    6. Strategic agility and the ability to envision and deliver highly effective cross-functional initiatives in complex, rapid growth areas with several executive-level business sponsors
    7. Establish detailed KPIs and metrics to track and report on the performance of processes and programs and transform data into actionable insights and recommendations of possible services
    8. Conduct surveys and craft user feedback to be implemented within the app


    • BA/BS in quantitative discipline preferred, or proven track record in a quantiative / problem solving environment
    • Proven experience in business development and sales experience in e-commerce and digital media or related industry mix
    • Demonstrated track record of identifying and executing successful partnerships and large-scale marketing deals, particularly in the e-commerce, traditional retail, and digital media industries.
