    The Business Development Head ensures business growth through leading and managing business development activities of the Big Dipper Digital and Content, Inc.
    • Plan, direct and monitor day-to-day activities of the business development team
    • Develop strategies for driving sales growth across the business
    • Support and work closely with the team to create new business within large accounts
    • Setting up meetings with prospective customers to sell the company's products and services
    • Devise marketing materials and tools to support new business teams
    • Monitors customer satisfaction to ensure quality of business development services


    • Degree in Marketing, Advertising or equivalent
    • Experience in business development for digital content, preferably from broadcasting / media / telecommunication industry
    • With experience in people management
    • Experience working in a target-oriented environment 
    • Expertise in the planning, execution and leadership of business strategies
    • Proven ability to form and lead an effective and cohesive team
