    Duties and Responsibilities.
    1. Handles the HR operations of Cinescreen, Inc. and ensures effective and successful deployment of all HR related programs and initiatives.
    2. Works closely with ABSCBN
    Shared Services Center (SSC) on HR operations such as but not limited to recruitment, timekeeping and
    payroll, employee welfare services, contracts management and employee relations
    3. Ensures all key HR initiatives are effectively implemented.
    4. Assists the HR Account Head in the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of HR interventions to ensure effectiveness
    and efficiency of operations.
    5. Works closely with HR Account Head in handling disciplinary investigations, hearings, appeals and grievances.
    6. Conducts ongoing review and enhancement of company and HR policies and procedures in line with legislative developments.
    7. Acts as the primary point of contact for all HR initiatives involving Cinescreen, Inc.
    8. Performs other tasks may be assigned from time to time.


    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management or equivalent.
    • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
    • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
    • Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
    • Ability to work in a multitasked environment.
    • Ability to prioritize and organize work
    • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
    • Open to project-based post.
