iCONNECT CONVERGENCE INC. (iCONN) is a customer service and relationship management consulting and outsourcing business powered by ABS-CBN Corporation to serve its customers and that of its subsidiaries and affiliates.

We provide technical and non-technical customer service and relationship management functions, such as but not limited to directory and information assistance, sales generation, order-taking, telecollection, cross-selling, up-selling, telemarketing for the purpose of promoting and advertising products and services, requests and inquiries handling, sales fulfilment and payment facilitation, whether for itself or for other parties.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    JOB SUMMARY
    The HR Site Officer is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business sites. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource related issues. The HR Site Officer acts as an employee champion and change agent as the role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs on the site. Communication needs proactively with the HR/OD Team, the HR Site Officer seeks to develop integrated solutions. This position formulates partnerships across the HR functions to deliver value-added service to Operations that reflects the business objectives of the Company.
     
    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
    • Provides strategic and day-to-day leadership to drive the delivery of the business’ HR plans by means of providing day-to-day performance management guidance to Operations (e.g. coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
    • Formulates a comprehensive OD & Change Management plan design to address basic organizational issues that help drive change towards transformation.
    • Confers with site management in helping create a work environment on site that is conducive to the relentless pursuit of work excellence.
    • Diagnose and deliver full talent interventions against business needs; Identify the competency gaps of each employee and come up with a competency-based training plan to support the training needs of the employees.
    • Coordinates with SSC- Recruitment for Talent Acquisition to support Operations’ Manpower Requirement, following the standard procedures in recruitment and selection.
    • Plans and conducts the On-Boarding Program for New Employees (Change Management Session, New Employee Orientation, Meet and Greet, etc.)
    • Maintains the Attrition File and update the HR Admin Manager per cut-off period for payroll exclusion of separated employees.
    • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations as needed.
    • Review disciplinary cases and provide assistance to concerned work unit in the implementation of due process including conduct of administrative hearing to ensure strict compliance to labor law requirements.
    • Provide the Employee Relations team of ABS-CBN with regular disciplinary action reports on a monthly basis and in a timely manner.
    • Coordinates with other HR functional units in the efficient delivery of the site’s required services and facility in benefits processing for the betterment of working relationship.
    • Perform other functions which may be assigned by the Immediate Superior from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Management, and/or related field
    • Post Graduate degree in Business, Industrial Relations is an advantage
    • At least three (3) years work experience in Human Resource or in a similar work environment
    • Proficient in MS Office Applications – MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint
    • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
