RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Act as the Vendor Manager for Company Benefits/overall in charge of administrating company-initiated benefits
    • Ensure the timely and accurate administration/implementation of Government Mandated Benefits
    • Assists and handles employee concerns on government and company benefits
    • Ensures monthly statutory reports and remittances are accurate and are posted on time based on the deadline given by different government agencies
    • Receives and reviews billing forms from health care provider; identifies billable charges to the employees based on SOAs given by health care provider
    • Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be required for the position

REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other related field of study
    • Preferably with experience in benefits administration 
    • Must be a team player, highly flexible, highly organized and attentive to details, and willing to work in a dynamic organization
