ABS-CBN Corporation is the Philippines' leading information and entertainment multimedia conglomerate. The Company is primarily involved in television and radio broadcasting, as well as in the production of television and radio programming for domestic and international audiences and other related businesses. ABS-CBN produces a wide variety of engaging, world-class entertainment programs that are aired on free-to-air television.

The Company is also one of the leading radio broadcasters, operating eighteen radio stations throughout the key cities of the Philippines. ABS-CBN provides news and entertainment programming for nine channels on cable TV and operates the country's largest cable TV service provider. RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Resource Person for Program design and delivery
      • Works closely with the Team Lead, HR Systems and Change Management Head in ensuring change management activities are aligned with the overall change plan and appropriate for the target audience.
      • Reviews and designs standardized learning resource materials for all SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, and Time & Attendance).
      • Acts as facilitator in SAP SuccessFactors module cascades across all organization units.
      • Utilizes and updates available resources such as videos/ collaboration platforms to support the change activities of the project.
    • Change Agent in Business Process Documentation
      • Create and update documentations such as SOPs/ policies, administrator guides, process Maps for transactional HR processes such as employee records management, organizational management, benefits management, time sheet and absence management.
      • Act as facilitator for SAP SuccessFactors module cascades to current and future module administrator users in the shared services group and HR partners in other business untis.

REQUIREMENTS

    • 2-3+ years of experience with relevant HR programs/ functions (on-boarding/ training design/ delivery and HRIS)
    • Excellent communication skills; able to simplify complex topics for broad audiences.
    • Highly organized, able to prioritize and work under pressure on simultaneous projects at the same time.
    • Self-starter, critical thinker and has strong attention details
