ABS-CBN Film Productions, Inc. or Star Cinema is one of the leading Filipino Film production and distribution outfit. It has produced more than 240 films in various genres that suit the preferences of Filipinos of all ages and background from anywhere in the world.

As of 2015, Star Cinema has captured more than 83% of the theatrical market share.  More than half of its total releases reached and exceeded the P200M mark in the box office with Sisterakas (2012) and It Takes a Man and a Woman (2013) earning more than P400M worldwide.  Girl, Boy Bakla, Tomboy has also reached more than P400M at the box office becoming the highest grossing Filipino movie of all time.

Star Cinema continues to dominate the industry by producing multi-awarded and box office movies that set the trend in Philippine cinema.


    Duties and Responsibilities:

    International Distribution
    1. Preparation of proposals to client / partners
    2. Ensures processing of permits and other clearance requirements for shipping and other forms of deliveries.
    3. Preparation of P&Ls and implementation of marketing requirements.
    4. Market research and recommendations.
    5. Coordination with internal and external partners for business synergy.
    6. Other functions that will be assigned by superior.
     International Advertising Sales (BRAND)
    1. Presentation of branding opportunities to international brands, including coordination of deliverables to concerned departments, servicing of clients during executions of mileages.
    2. Establish and maintain robust relationship with clientele whether thru an agency or directly.
    3. Continue to build business via prospecting and lead generation.
    4. Manages campaigns and projects from the preliminary stages until its implementation including post evaluation.
    5. Learn about the needs and current campaigns of the brands I handle and customize our offering in line with their current campaign.
    1. Gather inputs such as industry trends, market potentials, viewership behavior and contact persons in the assigned territory.
    2. Sell films and artists through international screenings and events.
    Windowing & Synergy
    1. Responsible for the “windowing” dates (time gap allowed between the arrival of the film in theaters and the date on which the film should be release in each of the supplementary or ancillary distribution forms.
    2. Coordinates with different Access groups concerned for the consolidation of required materials and execution of other platforms.
    3. Musty be fully aware of the various synergistic products that may have been created to grow the concept.
