    Position Summary

    The Inventory Management Officer provide in-depth business analysis and actionable solutions, provide strategic inputs on data management and governance, and oversees in handling the data related to digital ad operations across all ABS-CBN properties. 

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Provide in-depth business analysis and actionable solutions
    • Give strategic inputs on data management and governance
    • Understand the reporting needs of all the departments involved in maintaining and selling digital ABS-CBN inventory such as LOB Heads, Sales, and Marketing.
    • Summarize the required reports and form a workflow for data extraction. Whenever possible, automation via programming or scripting should be applied.
    • Use spreadsheets and Business Analytics tools to extract, parse, and visualize the data needed.
    • Provide regular performance reports of digital ad inventory performance. This will be done weekly, monthly, and yearly.
    • Ensure data accuracy and consistency through validation with relevant technical or business groups. Periodically initiate report reviews to maintain relevance of data provided.
    • Generate ad hoc or special reports as aligned with requestors. Assist in operational support efforts by providing necessary data.
    • Proactively suggest design and process improvements based on available resources and best practices.
    • Carries out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superiors due to business requirements


    • Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university
    • Strong proficiency in utilizing office productivity tools especially spreadsheets (Google Office, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerBI, Google Data Studio)
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Extremely detail-oriented and organized with a high level of commitment and follow through
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in an fast-paced, ever changing environment
    • Must be able to collaborate well within a team environment as well as work independently 
    • Experience in handling Business Intelligence tool is a plus.
    • Knowledge in Digital Advertising Operations is preferred.
