ABS-CBN Corporation is the Philippines' leading information and entertainment multimedia conglomerate. The Company is primarily involved in television and radio broadcasting, as well as in the production of television and radio programming for domestic and international audiences and other related businesses. ABS-CBN produces a wide variety of engaging, world-class entertainment programs that are aired on free-to-air television.

The Company is also one of the leading radio broadcasters, operating eighteen radio stations throughout the key cities of the Philippines. ABS-CBN provides news and entertainment programming for nine channels on cable TV and operates the country's largest cable TV service provider. RESPONSIBILITIES

    Sales Responsibilities
    1. Close individual and team-initiated sales packages with potential clients for both foreign and local-based licensing properties in order to reach sales quotas
    2. Conceptualize and develop licensing sales strategies based on assigned properties; developing a sales package based on marketing strategies created and identifying the right partners to become licenses.
    3. Coordinates sales and marketing activities in coordination with the rest of the Licensing Team to lead to the timely implementation and execution of the licensing program.
    4. Coordinate with other internal departments and subsidiaries for the creation of cross-platform sales packages, and cross-sourcing of requirements for the business.
    5. Prepares a monthly sales target summary at the beginning of each month and actualized sales summary review at the end of each month to be submitted to head, Licensing and the Division Head.
     
    Administrative Responsibilities
    1. Monitors royalty reports, sales performance and licensed products, operations of licensees, movement of competition, and evaluates each to make recommendation on next steps.
    2. Supervise coordination with internal client and licensor’s Creative Departments for design and product development and approval process.
    3. Assist in the acquisition effort for new licensing properties, from both local and international Principals and Licensors or Licensing Agents.

REQUIREMENTS

    • Educational Attainment: 4 year college graduate (i.e. Bachelor’s Degree in Mascommunication, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or any related field)
    • Experience: At least 3 solid years in sales and/or marketing position
    • Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills; good time management
    • Qualities: Particular in details; hardworking; could make immediate just judgment in case of urgent task that requires immediate actions; team player; and goal-oriented
