Prior to the shutdown of its broadcast operations in 2020, ABS-CBN was the largest television network in the Philippines. As a radio broadcast company, it operated 22 radio stations including anchor radio stations in Mega Manila, DZMM and DWRR, in the AM and FM bands, respectively. 
The company delivers television programming outside of the Philippines to over 3 million viewers in North America, the Middle East, Europe, Japan, Australia, Canada, and other countries in Asia, through the internet and the Company’s global distribution platform, TFC, using DTH satellite service, cable television channels, IPTV, mobile applications and video streaming services.     The Marketing Creatives Lead is responsible in the creation of static graphic materials and the production of video materials - for audience marketing and client marketing purposes.
    He/she will work closely and collaboratively with the Marketing Head, platform heads, and content producers in assessing campaign needs of the platforms and see the promo deliverables through - from inception to execution.


    • Produces and layouts sales support e-flyers and posters
    • Plans promo concepts by studying relevant information and materials
    • Illustrates promo by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval
    • Assembles and edits recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for broadcasting and online upload
    • Creates video content with graphics for platforms
    • Develops creative ideas and concepts and formulate effective visual strategies
    • Liaises with internal teams in interpreting project briefs and communicates with them about layout and design.
    • Presents ideas to colleagues and clients
    • Keep updated on the latest digital tools, technologies, and trends
    • Participates in projects they are involved in from concept to completion
    • Reviews final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.


    • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in graphic design, video production, advertising, or related field
    • Excellent computer skills including Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, other video editing, motion graphics and graphics design tools and Microsoft Office applications.   
    • Has a strong eye for visual composition and demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
    • Has a basic understanding of marketing, production, corporate identity, advertisements, and multimedia design.
    • Has Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
    • Has excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
    • Has the ability to work in a team fostered environment
    • Is able to give and receive constructive criticism
    • Has the ability to work in a multi-tasked environment
