The Company has interests in content development and production, cable and satellite television services, merchandising and licensing, mobile and online multimedia services, glossy magazine publishing, video and audio post production, and overseas services, all of which complement and enhance ABS-CBN's strength in content production and distribution.


    • Develop creative marketing & promotion strategies to improve the brand's presence and performance and revenue with our key digital service providers (DSPs).
    • Regular post-mortem on marketing plans to improve future marketing strategies & decision-making.
    • Regular communication with creative teams (A&R & Digital & Social Marketing) to ensure key promotional tools are available for all releases.
    • Develop strategy & implementation plan for social media sites (artists and brand) so as to be able to reach out to potential market directly locally & globally.
    • Identify synchronization opportunities with advertising agencies & TV Station (ABS-CBN).
    • Establish marketing partnership with brands to exploit our releases so that we can maximize revenue outside the traditional channels.
    • Observe new marketing ideas from overseas & suggest for local implementation if applicable.
    • Take notice of new artists, trends, and contents from US, UK or other repertoire potential markets so that we can stay ahead of our competitors. 


    • Bachelor's Degree graduate in Marketing or any related course.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, online marketing or advertising agency environment. Experience in entertainment industry will be a plus.
    • At least 2 years managerial experience in leading a small team.
    • Strategic, ability to see the big picture and with strong drive to achieve desired business results.
    • Dynamic, work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain strong partnership with a wide range of people locally, regionally and globally.
    • Good at multitasking, strong skills in planning & organization, time management, and prioritization.
    • Passionate about music.
