    Assists the Content Marketing Head in supporting the marketing needs of the Inernational Sales and Distribution group
    Assists the Sales Heads and the Content Marketing Head in the conceptualization and implementation of all marketing requirements of the department


    1. Provides Marketing support to the International Sales Distribution (ISD) group
      1. Maintains a database of clients
      2. Assists in the preparation of marketing and sales packages and promotions
      3. Assists in the creation of strategic marketing plans
      4. Explores and recommends innovative marketing opportunities by identifying marketing trends
      5. Creates communication plans per territory which includes budget, timetable, strategy, objectives, etc
      6. Ensures these communication plans are executed and properly monitored
      7. Gathers pertinent data on current marketing situation in all territories
      8. Ensures all marketing tools for international markets are prepared on time and within budget
      9. Handles web maintenance
        1. Solicits and edits content ensuring that they are aligned with the overall web strategy, tone, look and feel
        2. Uploads contents in the website regularly
        3. Uploads and updates third-party (market) websites for online advertising opportunities
      10. Ensures production of flyers
        1. Ensures production of market flyer/ sales flyer/ monthly e-mailer/ newsletter
        2. Able to come up with creative designs, layout, content and overall look and feel of the material
    1. Ensures production of audio visual materials
      1. Drafts communication/creative brief for AV requirements such as program trailers, AVP, master screeners, and others
      2. Coordinates creation of AVP materials
    2. Assists in writing press releases and executive PR pitches to pan-regional media.
    3. Assists in writing scripts for artists that will be used for promotional materials.
    1. Coordinates with internal and external partners
      1. Coordinates with internal partners to ensure that all marketing tools are prepared i.e. flyers, brochures, sales kits, etc
      2. Coordinates with Research pertaining to audience and market share of programs
      3. Coordinates with TV Production regarding issues and concerns on programs and materials
      4. Coordinates with CCM for promo needs
      5. Coordinates with other external partners and suppliers for other requirements
    1. Handles administrative work
      1. Prepares contracts of talents commissioned for projects
      2. Other administrative work


    • Graduate of a 4-year course
    • Communications graduate or any course related
    • With experience in marketing for 1-2 years
    • Highly creative
    • Watches ABS-CBN content
    • Very organized
    • With high project management skills
    • Knows how to write press releases and copies
    • Knows basic photo/video editing and video production
