ABS-CBN Lingkod Kapamilya Foundation, Inc. (previously ABS-CBN Foundation, Inc.) is a committed advocate for public service in strategic sector of Philippine society. AFI aims to awaken hope in the Filipino through implementing projects via multi-sectoral partnerships in the spirit of bayanihan.

These are in child care and protection, education, environment, disaster management and community development. It is the public service arm of ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation, one of Asia's biggest media conglomerates. It draws on the relationship to tap into the creativity and reach of media for its various programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    Primarily responsible for handling corporate accounts through fundraising events, building relationships with donors, and maintaining donor database and communications towards meeting or exceeding the desired or target outcomes of the Corporate Marketing Team.  

    Developing and implementing a fundraising strategy
    • Help develop exciting and creative fundraising strategies by tapping various sources and maximizing the organization’s strength in media and public relations
    • Work with the Corporate Marketing Lead in developing strategies for recruiting major donors
    • Work with the Events and Special Projects Team in developing fundraising events, including receptions for major donors and special performances
    • Recruit new supporters and advocates who may contribute significantly to fundraising initiatives of ALKFI at the local level
     
    Establishing support systems for fundraising
    • Conduct research of potential funding opportunities and send applications  to trust funds and potential donors
    • Assist in the creation and implementation of clear systems that will ensure regular grants applications and proposals
     
    Donor Relationships
    • Establish, nurture and manage relationships with existing donors through regular project updates, reports and other activities that promote donor satisfaction
    • Ensure the accuracy, updating and accessibility of donation records and donor information
     
    Policy/Systems Administration/ Compliance
    • Implement appropriate systems/procedures in the performance of duties and responsibilities
    • Adherence to ALKFI Vision-Mission-Values and compliance with ALKFI/HRD/SIFC policies and other applicable regulations
    • Attend regular Department meetings or as needed

REQUIREMENTS

    Proven fund-raising experience
    College graduate, preferably with a degree in Marketing, Communications, and other relevant courses
